1 Introduction

4 Account Registration & Verification

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on cepat89. The creation of multiple accounts by any single Player — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential permanent banning from the Platform.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly in the event of any change. cepat89 is not liable for errors or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify cepat89 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. cepat89 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, cepat89 requires Players to complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is a one-time process per Account and must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or incorrect documents will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5 Deposits & Payments

cepat89 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods widely used by Malaysian players. Supported methods include, but are not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT).

• All deposits must be funded from payment sources registered in your own name. cepat89 does not accept deposits from accounts, wallets, or cards held by third parties.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please consult the deposit page within the Platform for current limits applicable to each method.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by method; e-wallets are generally instant, while bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes.
• cepat89 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges which are outside our control.
• Deposits made by credit card or borrowed funds are strongly discouraged. cepat89 is not responsible for any debt incurred by Players in funding their Accounts.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and processing requirements:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds that satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement may be withdrawn, subject to any maximum cash-out limits stated in the relevant promotion terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

cepat89 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are available to eligible registered Players who are 21 years of age or above and whose Accounts are in good standing.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player. Abuse of promotional offers, including registration of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, will result in forfeiture and Account termination.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the promotional validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days as stated). Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings upon expiry.
• While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies (typically RM250–RM500 per round). Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus at cepat89's discretion.
• Game contribution rates vary: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; most table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10–20%. Specific rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• cepat89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring benefits already validly accrued.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on cepat89 are subject to the specific game or sporting event rules as displayed on the Platform at the time of wagering, in addition to these general provisions:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. Ensure all bet details are correct before confirming.
• In the event of any technical error, communication failure, or software malfunction that affects the integrity or outcome of a game or event, cepat89 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return stakes to the Player's Account.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cepat89 platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies designed to abuse bonus terms, or any other form of advantage play that undermines the integrity of the Platform.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward cepat89 staff or other users.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

cepat89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 10.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes initiated by the Player against cepat89 with their payment provider.
• Identification of the Account holder as being under 21 years of age.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, deposits and winnings will be held in escrow. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, funds will be released promptly. If a material breach is confirmed, cepat89 reserves the right to withhold funds in accordance with applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cepat89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage.

cepat89 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or third-party service failures may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to minimise downtime and will notify Players in advance of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Intellectual Property
